Hey, yo! You reached uh, me! You should know who this is, right? Anyway, you must'a caught me at a bad time, so, uh. Leave a message! I'll get back to you soon as I can. Love and Peace!
I definitely think so. A marksman who can pull off tricky shots without killing has always been more impressive to me--there's a lot of skill involved with that, I'm sure. Mind you, firearms aren't my area of expertise. I'm more of a hand-to-hand sort of guy.
[Trick shots are also cooler!]
Hm... Let's meet at Shopping Street, then. Do you know where Parasomnia Guns and Ammunition is?
[Might as well meet there, since that's almost certainly a necessary stop anyway.]
I'll take the rare compliments and run with them, then, hahahaha!! I think hand-to-hand is respectable too. Being willing to get that close to someone you're fighting takes a lot of guts. [ caesar is a big guy, so he's made for that sort of thing, Vash supposes.
....but uh after that, the Humanoid Typhoon goes a bit quiet. A pregnant pause thats only broken by the sound of something metal clicking. And then a breathless little laugh. ]
Okay, I really need to pay that place a visit. I've been putting it off. I know where it is--I'll meet you there in a bit?
[ between the fae monsters and some labyrinth-crawling... he. uh. has about 3 bullets left... ]
[He falls quiet when Vash does. Remains quiet, then chuckles a bit himself.]
Yeah, I'll see you there.
[He'll be off as soon as he texts Viv an update!
It takes a bit to get there, but thankfully flight on his Palisman makes that easier. He checks his phone as soon as he lands--best to keep an eye on the network right now, he thinks--and he'll keep half watching it as he keeps an eye out for Vash, if he has to wait.]
[ he doesn't take long to get ready. Saddle up his new thomas, grab his wallet and phone, and he's gone. The eight foot tall bird is far faster than a bus would be, and he does actually arrive some time after his new friend and co-worker does.
He's at least easy to spot as he arrives, what with the fact that the man is riding a giant green wingless ostritch, pulling up next to Caesar, the bird making a honk noise as he pulls the reins on it to stop.
He waves down at the other, hopping off the creature and moving to tie it to a nearby street pole. ]
Were'nt waiting too long, I hope? The one trouble about living far outta the city center, takes kind'a a while to get here.
Glad to hear it. The city's huge, and uh. I still. Kin'da get lost sometimes.
[ this place is nothing like home. ]
Oh--him? That's Brad. I found him a few days outside of my usual breakfast haunt. He's a thomas, they're a sort of giant desert bird from my home planet? They've got sweet temperaments and are better than horses are for getting around.
I'm still getting used to that. She tried to walk me off a bridge the other day, though.
[done tying up brad, he's gonna bounce over towards the tall blonde man, giving a thumbs up.]
Hopefully they carry .45 rounds. My gun's a bit... old. [ 150 years old.
He's gonna open the shop door, hold it for caesar, and then go inside. And then pause, because dear god, he's not seen a gun store this well put together in his life. ]
[ he has to nod along. Honestly, if he were more of a gun aficionado, he might appreciate a lot of the weaponry in here--but. he fancied his pistol best of all. ]
I did. It's a really old model, but. It uses old ammo, so there should be some here. [ ...if not, he could always pick up a gun that fires .22s, he supposes. ]

[He puts his phone away as Vash ties the thomas to the pole.]
I'd bet it's a nice ride though, especially on a... sorry, what's your friend there called?

[He grins a little at the description.]
Very cool.
[Once Vash is done tying Brad up, he gestures towards the shop.]
Shall we?

[He slides his hands in his pockets as he heads inside, then lets out a low whistle.
He steps away from the door so Vash can step in as well.]
Pretty impressive place here. [Once Vash looks like he's ready to get to looking around, Caesar speaks up again--] You said .45, right?
